We have been the recipient of numerous safety awards over the years, including the SIBA Merit Award for zero lost time, the AGC Safety Award for "Zero Incidence Rate", and the SIBA Safety Achievement Award for 50% below average lost time accidents. Because the well being of our employees is of utmost concern, we take the necessary steps to ensure that the highest standards of safety are maintained at all jobsites.
In addition to site-specific safety programs, the following procedures are instituted at every job site:
- Superintendents carry OSHA 30 hour certifications
- Superintendents & project managers are First Aid & CPR certified
- Company provided safety equipment & weekly on-site safety meetings
- Pre-employment drug/alcohol tests, random and post-accident tests
